Itinerary

  • Greetings/Class briefing followed by a trip to the local market.
  • Learn about Thai ingredients at the market for approximately 30-45 minutes.
  • Return to the cooking school. Enjoy welcome drinks and snacks while learning about different types of Thai rice, and observe a demonstration on making sweet sticky rice for dessert.
  • Prepare to cook and create your own meal. Afterward, savor the food you have prepared.
  • Engage in a discussion and ask questions about cooking.
  • Indulge in a complimentary dessert while continuing the discussion and asking further questions about cooking.
  • It‘s time to bid farewell. Drop-off at the hotel.
